📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise site activities, including construction work, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including site layouts, schedules, and cost estimates, using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and site personnel.
• Participate in safety audits and risk assessments to maintain a secure work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years of site supervision experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
