📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily collections activities and ensure targets are met
• Manage and mentor a team of collectors, providing guidance and support
• Implement and monitor collections strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Analyze collections data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement collections policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
