📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our used vehicle financing products in Bali's key regions.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring our offerings are tailored to local demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the financing process.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline customer onboarding, approval, and disbursement processes.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer acquisition.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to enhance our service offerings.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on marketing activities and customer feedback.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in credit marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and retention in the automotive or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial products, particularly used vehicle financing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as the role may require occasional travel to customer locations.
