📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee performance.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create engaging and relevant content.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and activities.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their development goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
