📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
