This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package of IDR 40,000,000 - 60,000,000 per annum.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our luxury properties and estates.
  • Develop and implement facilities management strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest and resident experiences.
  • Monitor and control budget for facilities management activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in facilities management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a luxury property setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing facilities teams and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
