Lead and manage the Agile Delivery & Enablement team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Drive the People and Culture Transformation initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and innovation.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and engagement.,Provide leadership and guidance to agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record in managing agile teams.,Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.,Experience in driving People and Culture Transformation initiatives.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
