📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to improve patient outcomes.,Lead and mentor a team of nurses, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless healthcare delivery and efficient hospital operations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to meet the needs of the nursing department.,Represent the nursing department in hospital meetings and committees, advocating for the best interests of patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification in nursing management or a related field is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Experience in a multi-cultural and diverse healthcare setting is a plus.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards in Bali is preferred.
