📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and inventory.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
