You will work closely with our head chef and other culinary team members to ensure that our dishes are prepared to perfection. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 4,500,000 - Rp 5,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for career growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Work closely with the head chef and other culinary team members to maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation
• Keep work areas clean and organized, following all health and safety regulations
• Assist in the training and development of junior culinary staff
• Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Participate in inventory management and cost control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Valid food handler's certificate
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
