• Utilize GPS and mapping tools to plan and optimize collection routes
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payments

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Familiarity with GPS and mapping tools such as Google Maps or Waze
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus
