📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a professional and constructive manner,Coordinate with managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration,Monitor and evaluate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness,Assist in the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus
