Sun Port Cemerlang is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to selecting and onboarding new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them improve.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages to ensure they are competitive and attractive to employees.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company is in compliance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that HR goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage a team and achieve results.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
