📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales reporting.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Train and develop branch staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, and report to the regional manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of branch strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
  • Ability to speak and write Indonesian fluently.
