📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Represent the brand and promote our products and services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Organize and participate in marketing events and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior Brand Ambassadors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer service.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of the construction materials industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
