In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a learning culture within the organization.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Work closely with the HR team to align learning and development strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
