📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct neurofeedback sessions using advanced technology to monitor brain activity and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols based on the latest research and best practices.
• Educate clients and their families on neurofeedback therapy and its benefits.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
• Contribute to the development of new neurofeedback protocols and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Certification in Neurofeedback Therapy (e.g., from the International Neurofeedback Society).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or research setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using neurofeedback software such as Neurofeedback Response Integration (NRI) or Advanced Brain Monitoring (ABM).
• Experience working with diverse populations, including those with special needs.
• Knowledge of Indonesian culture and mental health practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
