- Taking food and beverage orders from guests
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assisting with table set-up and clean-up
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Following health and safety protocols
- Adhering to resort policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic food and beverage service techniques
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
