📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and market share.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock availability.,Assisting in store operations and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Providing regular sales reports and participating in sales meetings.,Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Training and mentoring junior sales consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Good knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Proficient in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to travel and work in different locations if required.
