📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Train and supervise junior cashiers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Maintain cash registers and ensure proper reconciliation,Monitor and report cash handling activities,Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems,Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Valid ID and clean criminal record
