📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and human resources, to align operations with overall business objectives.,Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive business growth and innovation.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
