📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure that stock levels are optimized and turnover is maximized.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the outlet is maintained to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior retail management role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and increasing profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
