📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for open positions.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
