Manage and optimize the Shopee store to maximize sales and customer satisfaction,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and conversions,Monitor and analyze store performance using Shopee's analytics tools,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve store goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail management,Familiarity with Shopee's platform and features,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
