📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of mining sites.,Ensure safety compliance and adherence to all regulations.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.,Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues.,Prepare and present reports on site activities and progress.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and support staff.,Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or related roles in the mining industry.,Strong understanding of mining regulations and safety standards.,Proven track record of managing projects and teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.
