Tata Karya Gemilang is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Commander to join our security team. In this senior leadership role, you will be the face of security for our operations, responsible for leading a dedicated team of security officers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a secure environment, ensuring the safety of our clients, and implementing effective security protocols.

With a strong background in security management and a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety of all personnel and assets.
Lead and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance and support to ensure their effectiveness and professionalism.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement security measures to mitigate potential threats.
Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities as necessary.
Provide regular reports on security operations and recommend improvements.
Foster a positive and professional work environment within the security team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with a proven track record of success.
Certification in security management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Security Manager (CSM)).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using security management software (e.g., Access Control Systems, CCTV Management Software).
Knowledge of local and international security regulations and standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
