📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all maintenance and cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facility, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and machinery are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement energy-saving measures to reduce the facility's environmental impact.
• Provide training and support to facility staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance of the facility, including improving processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and safety.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to facility management.
• Experience in managing and maintaining manufacturing facilities is a plus.
