📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials, showcasing the unique experiences and offerings of Reload Sanctuary.
• Capture and edit stunning photos and videos, highlighting the beauty and serenity of our retreat and the vibrant culture of Canggu.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaigns that align with our brand identity and business goals.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar, to edit and enhance visual content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation, ensuring our visuals remain fresh and engaging.
• Assist in the planning and execution of photo shoots and videography for special events, workshops, and guest experiences.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and guest acquisition.
• Provide creative input and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Videographer, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or travel industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your best work, demonstrating your ability to capture the essence of a brand and tell compelling stories through visuals.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content that resonates with our target audience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.
• A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
