📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the printing processes to ensure high-quality output and meet production targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled printing operators to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to address any issues in the printing process.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement new printing techniques and technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the metal decorating or tinplate manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing printing operations, including team supervision and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of printing software and equipment, such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and various types of printing presses.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including environmental and safety guidelines.
