📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the integration of advanced technologies such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac into mining operations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects to evaluate the effectiveness of new mining technologies.
• Lead training programs for staff on the use of mining technologies and software.
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact of mining activities, ensuring compliance with sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with external consultants and technology providers to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Ensure all mining activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical expertise to support the development of new mining projects and expansions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining technology and operations.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing mining technology projects.
• Certifications in mining software such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the mining industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
