📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and manage our comprehensive benefits package, ensuring it meets the needs of our employees and aligns with industry standards.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for improving our benefits program.
• Negotiate with insurance providers and other benefits partners to secure competitive rates and coverage.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure our benefits are communicated effectively to employees and addressed any concerns or questions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in compensation and benefits, attending relevant workshops, webinars, and conferences.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related matters, ensuring they understand and can access the benefits they're entitled to.
• Monitor and evaluate the benefits program's effectiveness, gathering feedback from employees and making data-driven improvements.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure our benefits program is financially viable and sustainable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with a focus on benefits and compensation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in using HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
