📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our used vehicle financing products in Bali's key regions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring our offerings are tailored to local demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the financing process.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline customer onboarding, approval, and disbursement processes.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer acquisition.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to enhance our service offerings.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on marketing activities and customer feedback.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in credit marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and retention in the automotive or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial products, particularly used vehicle financing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as the role may require occasional travel to customer locations.
