As a Maintenance Leader at PT Indo Sultan Jaya, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our industrial equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify maintenance needs, develop and implement maintenance schedules, and monitor the performance of maintenance activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of industrial equipment.
• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor the performance of maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify maintenance needs and ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage maintenance contracts and ensure the timely delivery of spare parts and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing maintenance teams and activities.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, including Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or a related maintenance management certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 55000 and OHSAS 18001.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
