📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by overseeing food service, table service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the foodservice industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Previous experience in a Padang cuisine restaurant is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
