Develop and implement public affairs strategies to enhance the company's public image and reputation.,Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, media, and community groups.,Monitor and respond to public opinion and media coverage related to the company's operations.,Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote the company's brand and values.,Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and representation of the company's public affairs initiatives.,Conduct regular stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement strategies.,Prepare and deliver reports on public affairs activities and their impact on the company's reputation.,Stay informed about relevant regulations and policies that may affect the company's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in public affairs, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and reputation management.,Proven track record of successfully managing public affairs initiatives for a transportation or related industry company.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools.,Understanding of the transportation industry and its regulatory environment.
